I had a faulty trunk latch, which resulted in continuous cycling of the trunk open warning light and draining of the car battery. Service advisor Jazen was terrific. Responsive and helpful. Brought car in for scheduled maintenance under warranty. Jazen advised that cabin filter needed replacement. After picking up the car, there was a loud rattling noise heard. Returned the car and Jazen knew immediately what the problem was - leaves in the filter housing. He brought out a vacuum cleaner and cleaned out the leaves. We requested that the $79 charge for filter replacement be waived and Jazen introduced us to Patrick Phillips. the service manager. He was very condescending to both my wife and myself and went on a long explanation of how expensive this type of repair was on his Toyota and that others had spent several thousands for the same type of repair. The implication was that we should be grateful our repair was only $79. He refused to comp the repair. We felt this should have been noticed and repaired when the filter was replaced. Patrick said they didn't have any equipment in the back to suck out the leaves. We have been very satisfied with our vehicle, the service since our purchase and employees like Jazen. However we were very disappointed with the attitude of Patrick and his attempts to minimize our concerns. More
