Very disappointed with my experience. To start off, when I was replacing my engine filter, I opened the hood and I noticed that whoever pour the oil made a major spilled on my engine, I t To start off, when I was replacing my engine filter, I opened the hood and I noticed that whoever pour the oil made a major spilled on my engine, I took a picture of it. Second I cannot understand why a dealership will charge $87 for a cabin filter replacement. The part itself cost about $28 and so it takes almost $60 for cost of labor? It only takes less than 10 minutes to replace that. Speaking of the cabin filter, when I got into my vehicle they left a part out! The cover of where the cabin filter was left on my dashboard. More
