I brought my Hyundai in for service yesterday at 8 AM and was told it would only take a couple of hours. However, I did not receive any updates throughout the day. I had to call the dealership multiple times was told it would only take a couple of hours. However, I did not receive any updates throughout the day. I had to call the dealership multiple times (5–6 calls) just to get any information, and even then, no one clearly communicated with me about the status of my car. By 3–4 PM, after waiting the entire day, I was finally told that the problem was fixed. However, when I arrived to pick up my car, I discovered that the issue had not been resolved. At that point, I was given a loaner vehicle instead. This lack of communication, the excessive wait time, and the failure to resolve the problem the first time are very frustrating. As a customer, I expect timely updates, clear explanations, and that promised repairs are actually completed before being told the car is ready. This experience left me feeling ignored and poorly treated. I hope the dealership takes this feedback seriously and improves the way it communicates with and supports customers in the future. More
