First, the truck was listed online with 1,510 miles, but in reality, it had 3,752 miles. That’s a huge difference and flat-out misleading. Second, there was hail damage on the vehicle — which they acknowledged privately, but never disclosed anywhere in the listing or marketing materials. They initially quoted me $66,000 out the door, and then suddenly dropped the public listing price to $63,996 without saying a word. No communication, no updated paperwork, no explanation — they just quietly changed the price and hoped I wouldn’t notice. That’s not how you treat a serious buyer. When I asked for basic written assurance that there were no other damages or mechanical issues beyond what had already been disclosed, they refused. I also asked for a timeline or written confirmation for the hail repair, and again — nothing. Just vague responses and pressure to send a nonrefundable deposit as quickly as possible. The entire deal started to feel like they were just trying to dump the truck fast, avoid accountability, and hope I didn’t ask too many questions. I came in ready to buy, just wanted transparency. What I got instead was a dealership trying to rush the deal and dodge any responsibility. If you’re shopping here — watch the mileage, double-check the condition, and don’t expect any transparency or honesty. They make no effort to reconcile problems. Any other reputable dealership would had went out of their wayto assure the vehicle was fixed after one day of problems. They do not disclose problems with vehicles and will lie and deceive you. Go to a reputable dealership. This one in Manchester is far from one. Do your homework and look at the negative reviews on various sites. More

Unfortunately, like an idiot i chose to rely on the dealers word vs avg Joe's who had experienced the true colors of Tim Short Chevrolet (TSC). However, I feel like I'd be doing fellow Americans an injustice by not sounding the concerns with this company. Sure, probably the majority of their vehicles are sound, but if you were to get one that wasnt you can forget and help or concern from TSC. Tony was my sales person and I believe his word that he didn't know the effects of a broken tail light that contains sensors. I have informed him of the concerns and now he knows better and hopefully he will have a conscious with the next customer regarding this issue. A 37k vehicle with a 1k repair right out of the gate for a tail light that has a hole it ( with clear tape over it) The vehicle was delivered to me with what i was told had a cracked tail light. I was driving my 2019 Ram on the second day of owning this truck and suddenly lost power to many areas (major and dangerous electrical issues). First off Jordan Short is a disrespectful busines owner, he showed no concerns when I called him. He was quick to catch an attitude but was unsuccessful in getting me to react if that was his intent. I ended the phone call with a plea to purchase a light assembly through their Chrysler store at cost and they wanted to charge me over what an oem assembly cost for the average comsumer. I get it, things happen but what is right is right and what is wrong is wrong, only a greedy business with no morals would blindly chose to not make things right. FOR THE LOVE OF MONEY IS THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL. If you chose to do business with this company and find yourself in a similar situation, dont say I didn't warn you. The pictures may look minor but I promise you the moisture in that light shut down the electrical system while traveling down the road. More
