***READ BEFORE BUYING FROM OUT OF STATE*** Bought a used car here (not a Mitsubishi) from out of state. Signed papers and paid for shipping. Worked with Fernanda and Pieer. From day of signing to getting th car here (not a Mitsubishi) from out of state. Signed papers and paid for shipping. Worked with Fernanda and Pieer. From day of signing to getting the car took exactly 30 days. They told me 3-8 days at most. Opted for their 3rd party to handle the registration and title transfer. They misspelled my name on the paperwork and is now another 2 weeks for my registration and temp plates to get delivered after I got the car. So it has been over 6 weeks now from signing and am paying/accruing interest on. They had 30 days to correct this but decided to wait until I kept calling their office. So I’m writing this to help inform the next potential buyer from out of state. Tip#1 if you are financing, check with your bank or find a car loan on your own. You will find a better rate than what they offer or they can/will lower to match unless your credit sucks. #2 SG Connect is a tracking gps that you will have to pay monthly premium on. I had them remove mine as i will not use/pay for that and find my own, this will save you a few thousand (if they refuse back out the deal and they will comply)#3 put in writing an estimate on when the car will arrive so you can leverage a partial reimbursement for shipping if it takes too long(I should have done this). #4 DO NOT opt for their 3rd party to handle your registration/title transfer. It’s a waste of time and you can handle any issue that comes up when you need to. Not when the person handling your paperwork decides to come back from their days off from work. This is not a convenience for you but most likely a kickback for them. I contacted my local DMV and they said it would have been a lot easier for them to send proof of purchase and have my self register it in person. After signing paper work communication becomes minimal. No returned phone calls, having other random associates try to explain what is going on. Always do your own maintenance as soon as you buy used. My car came with no gas and was short about a few quarts of oil as needed. Will do transmission, diff fluid etc. as I don’t trust dealerships claiming maintenance was up to date on any used cars. All in all this was the worst car buying experience I’ve had by far. Not sure how the purchase would’ve panned out in person or local but would stay away from buying here if out of state and shipping. Signed papers 12/16/2025.. it is now 01/30/2026 and I am still waiting for my registration/plates to drive my car…hope this helps with your future decisions! More

I bought a used 2020 Tesla Model X from Redondo Mitsubishi. The vehicle itself is fine, but the buying process left a bad taste because of non‑negotiable add‑ons. When it came time to finalize the deal, the dealership included two extra products that I explicitly said “no” to and asked to have removed: SAFE SHIELD (appearance/surface protection): $995 SAFE BUNDLE ALLY (service contract): $2,595 That’s $3,590 in add‑ons. I repeatedly requested they be removed from the deal, but I was told these fees were “standard on all cars sold here” and they would not complete the sale without them. What made this worse is that these items are presented as “optional” in the paperwork, but in practice they were treated as mandatory, which is frustrating and misleading as a buyer. If you shop here, I strongly recommend getting a written out‑the‑door quote and a buyer’s order in advance showing $0 for any add‑ons you don’t want. If they won’t remove them in writing before you show up or sign, be prepared to walk. Bottom line: The car was hard to find and I wanted it, but I do not like being forced into expensive add‑ons I tried to decline. More
