Mr Colin M. Laughlin made my revisit to the body shop great. I have done a lot of auto body work business with this dealership. Last visit I had new brakes installed on my 2005 Grand Cherokee which was almost exactly 4,000 miles ago. When I got the car back the emergency brake didn't work. I called the dealership and they said t Cherokee which was almost exactly 4,000 miles ago. When I got the car back the emergency brake didn't work. I called the dealership and they said to bring it back. I told them I was too busy because I had to bring the car back again, leave it, find ways to work and back to dealer. Took it back today for a 4,000 oil change and for them to fix the parking brake. Phone call from dealer and it is going to cost $236.00 to fix. I reminded him that he promised to fix it. He said the "emergency brake drum" was broke. It worked great before I took it to this dealer. So, two questions, what did they do to it to screw it up the first time and second why did this "in their words obvious bad brake drum not seen the first time when they put brakes on it. This is not the first time that this dealer has repaired something and have it break again and they would not warrant it. More
