I did buy a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and I suppose the price was competitive but I think the prices are a little high for cars in general now days. Although the buying experience was easy, not 15 mins after leaving the dealership with my new car there was a horrible grinding noise when it accelerated. I called Travis and he told me to bring it in and they would get it taken care of. So, I did and they did fix it - a metal piece that was not in the right spot. It sounds fine now but I have to admit my confidence in the car is shaken. I have never had this happen to me before with any of my other cars so I am a bit disappointed about that. The car itself is lovely and rides fantastic. If I can get over my fear that something else will go wrong, I think it will be fine. Financing was ok, but the rates online from their website did not match the ones we were offered (which were higher) and I had checked them out online not but a half hour before going to buy my car and we have excellent credit rating so that was not the problem. It also took way longer than expected but then they were down to just one finance guy. More
