On 4/23/25 placed a $500 deposit on a F150 used pick up. We didn’t purchase it for many reasons. Still waiting on a refund. Placed a dispute with credit card company. Very unethical dealership. Luke was absolutely the slimiest used car salesman as ever. Lied about the vehicle in every way. Said someone was waiting to purchase, the truck had barely got out of service. Filthy truck. Transmission problems, Luke said it was the road that caused the transmission shutter. Road again with technician and confirmed transmission problems. Refused to refund the $500 deposit. This was on 4/23/25 10:06 AM. File complaint and placed into dispute. Really Regal, this is how you do business. I will tell and post this to as many places I can. More
