My Review of Reinertsen Motors:
I have to 2 Saabs (one bought used from them and one bought new somewhere else but serviced there)

Service - John the head service manager is great, one of the more tuner-friendly service manager i dealt with. All services are done properly and accurately so far, and i have really no complaint other than the fact that "you will be out of there in 20 minutes" always turns into 45 minutes, even for an oil change. I guess if they are doing the work right, i don't mind waiting a bit longer.
