rude they do notcare about you I took my explorer in to fix the abs light johntain said he would let me know what was wrong he never called mebacktotell me what is the problem i had to stop byto find out fix the abs light johntain said he would let me know what was wrong he never called mebacktotell me what is the problem i had to stop byto find out he said he was very busy but he 3wood send to my phone he said hewill let me know when parts came in I had to check it all parts came in on Monday he never call or text that he was to busy to call me since I already paid for the repairs. so I went back to the dealership that he had 59 xxxxx to take careof and he had no time to take careof it he walk away and said I'll get the manger a guy came out said they were busy he could not keep up when the finish on Monday he was just seating any around with nothing to says l pick up my car and told him I will not be bring it back to this dealer again More

I have taken My car here 3 times. Every time there was an issue. I would suggest if there is something you can have done elsewhere. PLEASE DO! It will save you some frustration in the long run. My last aggravation with them after a 2-week appointment for 2 New back tires and my collision sensor diagnosed. They called me after I dropped off my car and said I needed to leave my car 2-3 days for the diagnostic. I said go ahead and change tires. They called me back and said they forgot to order the tires. Thats my cue after 3 services and 3 issues that this dealership is not for me. After talking to many people about Reislman service department. I would have to suggest that maybe there is some dishonesty about the good reviews they have posted. (Good Luck on your next service.) More
