I brought my vehicle back to this dealership after noticing a transmission fluid leak from a filter they had previously replaced. Despite the service being done some time ago, no one else had touched noticing a transmission fluid leak from a filter they had previously replaced. Despite the service being done some time ago, no one else had touched the transmission — only this dealership. They agreed to redo the transmission filter service at no charge, which I appreciated. However, they refused to cover the cost of my rental car for the week my vehicle was out of commission. When I followed up, they suggested that I may have caused the problem — even though they were the only ones who worked on it. They claimed I may have stripped bolts or pinched the gasket, which is absurd. The leak was clearly something that had developed over time, likely due to improper installation. All I asked for was acknowledgment of their error and reimbursement for my rental — both were denied. Despite their name, this dealership is anything but "reliable." The only thing they seem reliable at is avoiding responsibility. I would recommend staying far away from this place.
