From the moment my wife and I got out of our car in the parking lot, it was a very pleasurable experience. So much so, we ended up buying two vehicles from them throughout 2021. Ironically enough I discovered that my very first paying job as a teenager in high school back in the late 80's was at Reliable Chevrolet when it first opened. A car detailer, how ironic that I ended up back there 30+ years later to buy two brand new vehicles after living in CA for 27 years. My wife and I have to say that Santos Trujillo was the biggest reason for going back to order a 2022 Camaro ZL1 after purchasing a 2021 Silverado LT Trail Boss through him. Santos made the 1st purchase so easy in April of 2021, ordering a new car (which my wife and I had never done before) from him was a no brainer. Although the process was a bit nerve racking due to all the obstacles of the pandemic and chip shortages, Santos kept us informed throughout the entire process. The Camaro actually showed up much earlier than expected and Santos was texting us with updates the entire time, including photos after the car was unloaded from the delivery truck. I must admit that I am not a brand loyalist of any kind, but Santos Trujillo and Reliable Chevrolet gained a customer for life. More
