Leading up to my experiance the first person i encountered was not trained to help me, ii left a message foe the service manager who did not call me back, the first time i called the dealership service department again and was connected to a service technician named Ryan who absolutely is 100 percent. However when i got to the dealership I was confronted with anothe tech by the name of Angel who was so rude and condensindingit just messed up what was a beautiful day. His mocking behavier and arrogance was way beyond the scope of what good customer service exudes.
