I must say, your employee Aaron Williams was very professional, and called me a few times to update me on my vehicle, and when it was ready for pick up, which I loved, I was not kept wondering what professional, and called me a few times to update me on my vehicle, and when it was ready for pick up, which I loved, I was not kept wondering what was happening or when it was ready. Well had a scheduled appt at 9am for a oil change and didn't get my truck till 1pm it took you guys 4 hrs for a oil change no phone call letting me know my truck was ready for pick I had to call to check didn't get my truck till 1pm it took you guys 4 hrs for a oil change no phone call letting me know my truck was ready for pick I had to call to check and on top of that after talking with Marcos my truck was ready and then get there to wait another 20 mins because he didn't know why my truck wasn't ready I mean come on its a oil change it wasn't busy there and the whole situation was frustrating. Customer service took a major downfall after covid Noone wants work and no integrity anymore. Bottomline if it wasn't for my truck warranty to get my oil changes there I would be going somewhere else... More

I came in to reliable because my family outgrew my extended cab pickup. I also had other concerns with the truck when it came to towing and downhill decent control. When I came to reliable Oliver listened to my concerns and was able to pick the perfect truck for my family’s needs as well as within a budget that was right for us. Never once did he try to sell me a more expensive truck, he was able to find literally the perfect truck and it felt like the stars aligned. I had a scheduled appointment for Tuesday, 6/11/24. I received a reminder call the day before and I'm glad I did. My work schedule changed and I was not able to make the Tuesday appt, so I asked if th I received a reminder call the day before and I'm glad I did.
