My husband and I had a positive experience purchasing our vehicle. And the sale person Micheal Yemane , was wonderful throughout the process. Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! David is a good guy. But, the dealership sold me a brand new 2025 Nissan Versa with 2 bad back tires. From day 1 I had to fill the left rear tire every morning. Right But, the dealership sold me a brand new 2025 Nissan Versa with 2 bad back tires. From day 1 I had to fill the left rear tire every morning. Right tire did the same thing but they found a nail towards the end of the tread and say it's unfixable. The sales people said they would take care of me, but I was told I the tire cost was 168. The car is only 7 months old. The sales department doesn't know what I qualify for but I had all these supposed benefits. Gap, insurance, etc . With all the power and money the dealer has I wish they just would have put a new tire on the right rear. The tires were defective from the beginning the two rear tire's always leaked when the temperature drops. Never had any problems with the 2 front tires...My dad had a repair shop we repaired tires like mine. I feel the dealer should replace the tire because it was bad from the beginning. Told AJ they never called me back. More
