Brandon did a great job keeping me updated on my vehicle and was always very courteous. My vehicle was in the shop for over eight weeks, and when I finally got my vehicle back, I found that the issue I ori and was always very courteous. My vehicle was in the shop for over eight weeks, and when I finally got my vehicle back, I found that the issue I originally took my vehicle in for was not fixed. The issue was eventually taken care of, but by this time I was very frustrated with the time it took. Brandon explained to me the process in which things had to be done the way they were done, and while I appreciate the effort he took to ensure I was informed, it didn’t completely relieve my frustration…NOT with Brandon, but with the service department’s failure to address the initial issue. Thank you to Brandon and Toni, for getting me a loaner while my vehicle was in the shop. More
