I purchased a jeep Rubicon a year and a half ago from this dealership. I opted for the platinum extended warranty as finance showed me the different packages I could choose from. It covered so many things and I was willing to pay $3994. The most expensive warranty I have ever purchased and I have bought a lot of new and used cars. I opted to purchase this because the warranty was so good and was an 80,000 mile warranty. I sold my Jeep and got the odometer reading from the dealership that purchased my jeep. I took the odometer reading into the Chrysler Jeep and it was given to finance. I was also told there was a one 800 number that I could call for faster results to get a refund for my remaining unused extended warranty that I had purchased. I called the one 800 number and was told if I was to look at FinePrint or if I was aware that the $3994 platinum warranty actually went back to the 1st mile. Since I purchased the vehicle with 30,000 miles on it, I assumed it was the 1st mile I put on the vehicle up until 80,000 miles. I was told today that the 1st mile was retroactive back to when the first owner purchased the vehicle in 2019. I was told that my warranty is no longer valid and it was only good for 72 months and I would receive nothing back as reimbursement for the almost $4000 warranty that I purchased. I traded the vehicle with 60,000 miles and only put 30,000 miles on the vehicle. It was my understanding that I would be reimbursed for the remaining 20,000 miles that my platinum extended warranty should have covered. I am extremely upset And only owned this vehicle for a year and a half and had no idea that I paid $4000 for a warranty and it was already ran out. This seems like it is corrupt why would a warranty that cost $4000 go back to the 1st mile with the previous owner when they put 30,000 miles on the vehicle. Finance should have explained this and did not. I was going to purchase another Jeep in the future from this dealership, but this has soured my experience. It is dishonest, unethical, and other people need to be aware of the corruption that this dealership is doing. I am extremely upset and will more than likely be contacting BBB an attorney and possibly the news. This makes absolutely no sense to me and was never explained to me. There's no telling how many people they have done this too and like me had no idea that they no longer had a warranty and paid astronomical amount for a one and a half year warranty that was never even used. I would stay away from this dealership at all cost. We have purchased several new and used vehicles over the years and have always purchased extended warranties and whenever we would sell the vehicle, we would be reimbursed for the remaining part of the extended warranty. We have purchased many Nissan's Toyota Mazda Chevrolet over the years and I have never seen corruption like this before. More

if you purchase from them do not get an extended warranty, when i sold the car and it was time to cancel the warranty and they are ZERO help!!! Traded our 2021 Gladiator for a 2024 Gladiator on Feb. 14th and still to this day, they have not paid off the trade and we have had to continue making payments on a vehicle we don't even have. When calling the dealership you can never speak with anyone in accounting, they never answer the phone and the V.M is full, which leaves us to speaking with one of the managers and even they can't reach accounting. This is our 2nd time to purchase from this dealership and will likely be our last. Horrible experience! One of the managers even got smart when I advised him we were still paying for a vehicle that we don't even have. More

Basically If you’re not looking to buy a car the dealership won’t contact you. Last year had issue with the title that took 6 months to fix. I had to visit them 3 times a week to get it resolved. Never returned my phone call had once again go up there to get it fixed. Now I once again am trying to get some gap canceled and I can’t get a phone call back. Called them now 4 times once I got the billing dept she said I had to talk to finance and I was like they don’t pick up the phone. She blindly transferred me back to the finance dept and here we sit. They don’t give a dam about you unless you are handing them money. Worst experience ever. Update. The dealership contacted me and have since resolved the issue I had. The gentlemen was very professional which I appreciated. Can’t say that would give them another chance at this point but at least as of today they took ownership of the mistake. I originally bought it to them to finish diagnosing my fan cricut 1 error code I received which I knew was one of four things. They supposedly fixed this and less than five minutes later it started overheating when it was not an issue prior. I tried calling, texting all my way home due to traffic to get no answer. It wasnt until I called the sales team I got an answer and got a call back to get my Jeep retowed back to them 24 hours later. Then it took them 2 weeks to advise that my aftermarket thermostat failed and asked them to replace with an OEM. They called and said it was ready so I picked it up; however after I get home I did a walk over to notice the radiator fluid reservoir wide open and sprayed coolant everywhere and my negative battery terminal wasn't barely connected and tightened down. This could have cause damage again to my engine because of your technician negligence. Do not take your vehicle her or to any dealership in Nashville unless you get in writing they are liable for damages. I will do everything myself from now on because I just dont trust any dealership or shop! More

They worked with FCA on my behalf when I was to frustrated. They have fixed everything that I have ever brought the car in for. I have seen some of the reviews on here and am kinda shocked on the negative ones. Everyone from sales to service that I have had interact with have always treated me with respect. This is the only dealer that worked with me to debug a oil consumption issue in my first hellcat. Other dealers that I will not mention there names told me my issues was due to parking at a incline which the car was not designed for. Bob Frensly's shop gave me straight answers, scoped the bores; in short, they acted like professionals. Again, this is the only shop I will take a car to. More
I'd give 0 if it were allowed. Customer service sucks, they are not honest and could give 2 xxxxs about you as a customer. The cars are lemons not good cars at all.
