Avoid this place for any service!!!! Took my truck in for a "service suspension" light and 51 days later they call to tell me the fix caused the power steering to go on my truck. They sai Took my truck in for a "service suspension" light and 51 days later they call to tell me the fix caused the power steering to go on my truck. They said i'm responsible for 1/3 of the cost to fix the power steering since the "fix" caused it. I have called GMC and made a case against the dealer because they are so incompetent you will get no wear arguing with them. After i picked up my truck i did a walk around the vehicle at home. The dash was loose and you could see gaps between the plastic and the steering counsel. it looks like they broke the plastic connectors for the dash attaching to the steering component and the computer for the dash was displaying a low tire on the wrong side of the vehicle. They also put all of my personal belonging in a box in the back of my truck. This box had a label on it for "highly corrosive material" and they thought it would be appropriate to put my belonging in it. This is the kind of service you will get if you choose this dealership. Also still waiting for the service manager to call me back to talk about these issues!!! More

Third or fourth time they have failed to look at my vehicle the day of the appt. won’t be back and will never buy a car from this terrible business. I took it down the street to Garber Chevrolet and not only did they do the diagnostic same day as my appointment, they are fixing it same day as well. Neither of which Betten Baker has been capable of doing the last 3 times I've attempted to get my car "serviced". I am super happy with Garber and will be taking my business there because they understand customer service!!! More

They did not know why the It the cold snap in early February, our back lift gate on our Buick Enclave would not open. we took it back to the dealer. They did not know why the gate would not work. After a little research, they and we learned that at zero degrees or colder, there is an automatic computer lock out of the lift gate, so it will not open. The electronic manual, stated this was to prevent damage to the motor and gate. we all learned something, while enjoying their waiting room, TV and a cup of coffee. They were pleasant o deal with. Did not fix my vehicle, but said they did I dropped off my 2013 Buick Regal in order to fix a flex fuel sensor that had caused the engine light to come on. I dropped if off just before I left I dropped off my 2013 Buick Regal in order to fix a flex fuel sensor that had caused the engine light to come on. I dropped if off just before I left the country for a couple weeks, they had two weeks to fix it. The whole time I was in Canada, I hadn't received one phone call saying the vehicle was done, or they had an issue, etc. When I got back into the country, I gave the dealer a call and they had said they didn't have my car. They had no record of me dropping the vehicle off whatsoever. A lot more phone calls later, they found my car and said they ordered the replacement part and it still hadn't arrived, but it should be done that week. Thursday rolled around and I went in to pick up my car. The engine light was still on, so I went right back into the service garage and told them. The guy told me that the mechanic must've forgotten to reset the light. No big deal, but you'd think it would reset itself had it been fixed. Regardless, they reset the light for me and I was off to my house (less than 5 miles away). One thing to note here, I received zero paperwork for the service they "performed", they said they would mail it out to me. It is now ~6 months later and I have yet to receive any paperwork for the reason that follows I presume. Before I got home, the service engine light came back on. I ended up taking it to the Chevy dealership down the street who fixed it literally the same day I dropped it off. I had them look up the service record that this dealership wrote up. Apparently they wrote that they could not duplicate the issue and did absolutely nothing to it and lied straight to my face saying they did fix it. Prior to this visit, I also went in to test drive some new vehicles. I was not allowed to test drive any cars for some reason. My only guess is that it's because I looked too young to afford one, but honestly I do not know for sure. I was just surprised that I wasn't allowed to drive something. More
