The entire team was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire experience. I had several questions regarding the leasing process, and each one was answered very effectively. The team demonstrated a high level of knowledge and patience, ensuring that I fully understood every aspect of the lease. There were also two instances where I had to reschedule meetings due to work commitments. The Richardson team was very accommodating and flexible, adjusting to the new times without any issues. This level of customer service is truly commendable. This is the sixth vehicle transaction I have completed with the Richardson team, and I am pleased to say that I will be returning for several more in the future.
