Sloppy I had a pretty bad experience with this dealership. I left in my 3rd choice of car. The guy trying to finance with the bank left before having an answ I had a pretty bad experience with this dealership. I left in my 3rd choice of car. The guy trying to finance with the bank left before having an answer for us. We finally got financed at agreeable terms. I signed all the papers only to find out I was signing for the wrong car. I feel as though I got approved for my 2nd choice car but they where to embarrassed to tell me. They changed the paperwork to cover it. I did some research and they charged me 4000 over MSRP. I did not get any perks they sold me on such as a gas card and other things. I would not recommend this dealership. I did get a nice car but it is overpriced so that is my fault for trusting. The service was terrible and the mistake with the VIN on the financing end is not professional. More

Bad Service Supervision I have decided to write a review today. Just because. This is the second time I have received my car from service and something is not right. Representative Freddy Shihadeh. My car was returned to me with the engine oil cap missing. And the hood, and engine were covered with oil. I was just very lucky my car was not hurt for it Today. My car was returned to me with a wrong mileage reading ( 42098 vs 47098 ) and without the oil change sticker. I am quite sure this is not your criteria of good service. Your location is the nearest and highly convenient to many customers. Please do not make us mistrust you. On the other hand. I want to give 5 starts to Mr Victor Melo for his outstanding intentions to help me today. Thank you for any of your attention to the previous matter More
Disappointed We have been loyal customers since 2011, we have brought family and friends who also have bought and leased cars here, everything was fine until our l We have been loyal customers since 2011, we have brought family and friends who also have bought and leased cars here, everything was fine until our last experience, my husband bought an used 2017 Subaru WRX, the car broke down and my husband took it to a Subaru dealership in Sanford Florida, they informed us that they cannot touch the car because it has been modified and warranty would not cover it. We proceed to get in contact with Jose Chiramonte at Rick Case, he has been our sales Rep all this time, he told us that they needed to inspect the car but Rick Case wouldn't cover the tow bill, we ended up paying over $600USD for towing the car from Sanford to Weston Florida. Rick Case sent the car to Subaru, who once again said that the warranty won't cover anything because the car had been modified, I want to clear up that the car was modified before selling it to us and we were never told this. It has been almost 3 months without a straight answer from Rick Case, they have done nothing, we have requested for a loaner several times so we can go to work while they take their sweet time to fix our problem, but they give us the way around, we have spent a lot of money in Uber and asking rides from friends for almost 3 months. on May 30th we sent an email to the manager explaining the situation and manager hasn't responded. This has been a total nightmare! More
