Today 8/8/22 I went in for schedule appt for oil change and maintenance check on vehicle I brought at same dealer Rick Case Hyundai 3 years ago. I had previously called and left numerous messages to schedule appointments but no return calls. Today it took 2.5hr for oil change. I hope their customer service improves. More

Took my 2 year old car in because AC stopped working and they would not give me a loaner until they ran diagnostics but didn't have time that day so had to leave my car and uber home and then back to pick i they would not give me a loaner until they ran diagnostics but didn't have time that day so had to leave my car and uber home and then back to pick it up.
