Both I and my husband bought a car this weekend Hyundai Sonata from dealership “Rick Case Hyundai Roswell”. As soon as we came to dealership, we immediately felt the friendly atmosphere, and the whole process of buying the car, starting with the selection of the correct model to the last signature of the contract took place very easily, without any complications. My Review Of Rick Case Hyundai Roswell:

I went to Rick Case with a specific monthly number in mind. I figured I could only look at pre-owned cars. But Greg Gantner and John Henry did an awesome crunching numbers late on a Fri night and found me the perfect NEW car. I love it!!!! I got a good deal, a great car, and it's all within my budget.

On top of it, I became instant friends with the staff, and found some old friends that work there. Glad to have a new car home!

Very friendly, no pressure at all. Worked within our means to find the financing package we needed to get the deal completed to our liking. Great hours for the service department as they are open on Sundays and weekday evenings until 7. Highly recommend them.

My Review Of Rick Case Hyundai Roswell:

As part of a family of five, including three sisters all of driving age, it's been an annual Summer tradition to visit our local Hyundai to see General Sales Manager Greg Gantner. Over the past six years our family has purchased seven cars from Greg. Friendly, knowledgeable and fair, he has always worked beyond expectation to help us find cars that fit our needs. For our most recent purchase we are leasing a new Tucson, which is following up my previous Tucson's lease end. Both times I have mentioned my inclination towards Chai Bronze as an exterior color and both times Greg has gone out of his way to find the cars I wanted. Greg has come to know our family over the years and continues to personalize the experience with things he knows that each family member would enjoy in their vehicle. Assisting in this sale was Anthony Delgardio, he was very kind and helpful during my first test driving experience and was honest in his discussion about my decision to upgrade from a GL to a GLS. TIme and time again, the staff at Rick Case Hyundai-Roswell continues to go above and beyond.

This is the first time I ever had my new 2013 Sonneta serviced and I was extremely impressed with the care and service that was presented to me. The service manager, Paul Bounds and Andrew Steadman was so attentitive that you would have thought they OWNED the dealership. They were so concerned and caring about my vehicle and making sure that I wasn't waiting too long.The experience was wonderful and they made my experience wanting me to never take my car anywhere else. So for that, I thank you. It seems like all the employees are very caring and respectful. I also have a 2013 Lexus ES 350 and I was treated the same at your dealership.,

Dear Rick Case & Associates:

This letter is meant to serve as a commendation of the excellent customer service I received lately in your service dept.
I had an issue with my 2012 Elantra that needed immediate attention. I called the 800 number, as I was stranded, and was advised that my car would be picked up, delivered to RC Hyundai, along with myself in tow, within the hour.
I was very happy when the tow truck pulled up 20 minutes later, loaded my car and took it directly to the service dept. I was greatly impressed by the small amount of wait time!
Then I received a call from Luis, my service advisor, giving me the particulars of how long the diagnosis would take, when he would call me back, ect so we could proceed with repairing the issue.
Luis displays a strong knowledge of his product and recognizes the vital role of customer service. Being in the customer service industry myself, I noticed these qualities right away. Luis exhibits a pleasant, cheerful disposition, communicates with ease and has a natural flair for his position. He got back to me quickly. The repair could take more time than I thought (overnight at least) and ordering a part was necessary. I could see that Luis was trying very hard to accommodate me and offered a loaner, which I was VERY appreciative for, as I had an appointment I couldn’t miss.
I had previously met the GM, Greg Gantner, so I decided to ask him for some additional help to expedite the repair. Greg, a seasoned professional, was so great and accommodating! In one quick gesture Greg handled all my problems for me. I cannot express how thankful I am for his quick thinking and problem solving tactics resolving my issues immediately. Greg, a charismatic leader, effectively maintains leadership in a group environment using a take charge attitude all the while leading by example.
Also, Mike ( don’t have a last name, sorry, who works with Greg, I believe) also jumped in, making sure my issue was handled as expeditiously and painless as possible.

This was not my 1st time in the service dept and each time I have had similar experiences.
It appears that Greg develops a strong camaraderie among his team members and makes maximum use of the diverse talents of each team member. And, to me, that is key to the success of this dealership, TEAM WORK!
Also, I would like to recognize my original salesperson Timothy Crawley. Tim makes customers feel satisfied and appreciated. He continually keeps communication going throughout the year with updates for perhaps my next new vehicle or something light just to say Happy Birthday or Happy New Year. It’s always nice to chat with Tim. He strives to improve customer satisfaction and has a no pressure aura that anyone can appreciate.

So, thank you Rick Case Hyundai for such a GREAT team!!

My Review Of Rick Case Hyundai Roswell:

I just purchased a 2013 Veloster Turbo from Rick Case of Roswell on 05-03-13 and had one of the best experiences ever. I dealt with the sales person Macelo Montenegro his manager Greg Gantner and the GM Will Barnes.

It took a few days for me to make up my mind on what type of car I wanted, since I had several in mind and I did some test driving for a few days. The staff I dealt with was honest, not pushy and gave me the information and space I needed to make a good quality purchase. I also did adequate research before visiting the dealership, but the information I found on my own feel in line with what was provided to me there as well. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and the finance rep Steven Hall also made the experience that much more pleasant and was more interested in getting me the best possible rate and payments in the range I was looking for. It’s a fun car with all of the features I wanted at a great price and most of all, the warranty Rick Case offered rocks and beat the competitor car companies I had looked at. Several of my relatives have since ridden in the car with me and also love it as well. I will recommend this dealer to friends and family, since I know they will be taken care of.

Greg and Anthony made this car buying experience fun. That is new for me. Because of their outstanding customer service, we will definitely be back. I believe we got a great deal on this elantra. While we were waiting(2 hours) Greg and Anthony went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and kept us up to speed on the process so we weren't asking the question, "what's taking so long?" I have a couple of race cars and Greg and I talked at length about my favorite hobby. Thanks Guys
