Dear Rick Case & Associates:
This letter is meant to serve as a commendation of the excellent customer service I received lately in your service dept.
I had an issue with my 2012 Elantra that needed immediate attention. I called the 800 number, as I was stranded, and was advised that my car would be picked up, delivered to RC Hyundai, along with myself in tow, within the hour.
I was very happy when the tow truck pulled up 20 minutes later, loaded my car and took it directly to the service dept. I was greatly impressed by the small amount of wait time!
Then I received a call from Luis, my service advisor, giving me the particulars of how long the diagnosis would take, when he would call me back, ect so we could proceed with repairing the issue.
Luis displays a strong knowledge of his product and recognizes the vital role of customer service. Being in the customer service industry myself, I noticed these qualities right away. Luis exhibits a pleasant, cheerful disposition, communicates with ease and has a natural flair for his position. He got back to me quickly. The repair could take more time than I thought (overnight at least) and ordering a part was necessary. I could see that Luis was trying very hard to accommodate me and offered a loaner, which I was VERY appreciative for, as I had an appointment I couldn’t miss.
I had previously met the GM, Greg Gantner, so I decided to ask him for some additional help to expedite the repair. Greg, a seasoned professional, was so great and accommodating! In one quick gesture Greg handled all my problems for me. I cannot express how thankful I am for his quick thinking and problem solving tactics resolving my issues immediately. Greg, a charismatic leader, effectively maintains leadership in a group environment using a take charge attitude all the while leading by example.
Also, Mike ( don’t have a last name, sorry, who works with Greg, I believe) also jumped in, making sure my issue was handled as expeditiously and painless as possible.
This was not my 1st time in the service dept and each time I have had similar experiences.
It appears that Greg develops a strong camaraderie among his team members and makes maximum use of the diverse talents of each team member. And, to me, that is key to the success of this dealership, TEAM WORK!
Also, I would like to recognize my original salesperson Timothy Crawley. Tim makes customers feel satisfied and appreciated. He continually keeps communication going throughout the year with updates for perhaps my next new vehicle or something light just to say Happy Birthday or Happy New Year. It’s always nice to chat with Tim. He strives to improve customer satisfaction and has a no pressure aura that anyone can appreciate.
So, thank you Rick Case Hyundai for such a GREAT team!!
