Haley intake for service department received my car when it was towed on the weekend. She explained that they didn’t have the technicians to take care of the fix. I came in to have my oil changed. I had my 4 year old son waiting with me. After seeing our customer service rep walk some paperwork into the cashier's area, I thought that my truck m I had my 4 year old son waiting with me. I sat for 15-20 minutes, waiting to receive a call or see our customer service rep walk into the waiting room. NEITHER HAPPENED. I walked into the cashier's area and asked if my truck was ready, it was. I made sure to walk into the 1st service bay to see if our customer service rep was busy with another customer, he was on his cell phone. I have enjoyed my experience at this dealership until yesterday. I would like to be treated as if my time was valuable. More
