I have been going to Rick Weaver for years. There service dept is second to none! The staff makes you feel like family and very professional. Recently i made a trade for the 2026 GMC Canyon There service dept is second to none! The staff makes you feel like family and very professional. Recently i made a trade for the 2026 GMC Canyon Elevation. Salesman, Michael Coleman went above and beyond to explore every option that would make my dream come true. No gimmicks, just honest and no stress! He made my visit enjoyable and pleasant! Form service to finance, to sales, i can't say enough about Rick Weaver GMC!! More

We recently had to take our brand new car in to be serviced for a shaking issue. After setting up the appointment because we were told the part was in, upon our arrival we were told the part was not serviced for a shaking issue. After setting up the appointment because we were told the part was in, upon our arrival we were told the part was not there and a test drive was needed (which was already done). The service rep was quite rude at the time. My husband then spoke with the service manager (Chris Fuller after that who helped a lot), discussed the situation, and found the part was ordered but had not arrived yet. We were told when it came in, we would be notified. Just this week, we took the car back to have the part installed, which unfortunately has not resolved the issue with the shaking. But what also offended me is the write up on the service slip saying “the customer is very upset about the shaking and part not being available.” That is not why we are upset. We are upset by the way we were originally treated the day we arrived for service by the service rep telling us the part was not available, and we had to take it for a test ride. Seems like someone was trying to cover up a lie…. Who was telling the truth? We were upset about the treatment we received; not the vehicle or the need to get a part replaced. More

I've dealt with Rick Weaver Buick GMC a few times over the years and although I don't like dealing with sales people, I can say that I haven't had to walk out yet.. Steve Hahn was pleasant to work with th the years and although I don't like dealing with sales people, I can say that I haven't had to walk out yet.. Recently I took my Daughter Morgan in to Weavers used car store to help her buy her first car at the Erie location. From the time we looked over the website to narrow down the selection (which was an amazing store to help her buy her first car at the Erie location. From the time we looked over the website to narrow down the selection (which was an amazing selection) we knew budget wise what would probably work. The salesperson Joey, was prepared and ready for the car to be seen and test driven as well. Morgan pretty much fell in love with it right off the bat and then came the time for her to get educated on how the process of buying a car goes as far as financing etc. The Finance person Lindsay was very very helpful and patient with Morgan and was very well spoken as to how the financing works and the responsibilities that will follow her. (Trust me this professionalism is not always this evident with other dealerships) and by the time we were done with the paperwork Joey had the car all washed and detailed and fueled up and then he gave Morgan a thorough go-over about how everything works in the car and she was so happy to say the least! The entire process and the staff we came in contact with were nothing short of exceptional and both myself and Morgan will recommend Rick Weaver's to buy a vehicle 100% of the time!! Great job everyone and thank you for making my Daughter feel important too! More
