My Review of Rickenbaugh Cadillac Volvo:
This service department is staffed by badly trained monkeys! After my grandmothers car was returned, more was wrong than when it went in! It was squealing like a Banshee because they had intentionally broken a fitting on the vacuum line! Also, they disconnected a wire so the dash lights would not come on when allegedly replacing a cabin air filter. As a backyard mechanic, I was able to repair all their little tricks. Meanwhile, they charged plenty for a routine 15K service and I surmise they didn't do a thing to the car except let it sit outside in the sun and sabotage things so she would bring it back!! My grandmother bought it there and they really fleeced her. Just wait until you get old!
