Paul was very nice and helpful. He took care of everything and kept me up to date. The downside was I scheduled to receive a loaner car, but when I went to drop off my car a loaner was not availab everything and kept me up to date. We were traveling from NY to MA when suddenly an urgent oil light warning came on. We were panicked we wouldn’t get to our destination in time and we stopped at this dealer for help. They immediately took oil light warning came on. We were panicked we wouldn’t get to our destination in time and we stopped at this dealer for help. They immediately took the car in, told us not to worry and just relax and grab a coffee in their lovely waiting area. I didn’t even have time to take a sip before my car was all set to go - oil and coolant added and all free of charge to boot. Such kind and lovely people! They made a stressful moment stress free and helped us get on our way in less than 10 mins. AMAZING. More
