Rivard needs to speed up their buying client waiting time. I let Hayley know immediately, which truck I wanted and didn't need a tour or test drive. So, Rivard please tell me why, I spent over 6 hrs on time. I let Hayley know immediately, which truck I wanted and didn't need a tour or test drive. So, Rivard please tell me why, I spent over 6 hrs on Mother's day, knowing I came to visit my daughter. The waiting time was on Hayley getting the approval for the terms on the truck. Hayley was nice, but needed some more experience, vehicle readings, financing computer, etc. Contacted Rivard without a response or they choose to ignore my "make it right" suggestion. Couldn't get my questions answered, except for one after the sale. Overpaid and my time is money, left dissatisfied. More
