12 hours after cashing my check, I called with a problem concerning the suspension on a lifted truck that had seemed to have fallen, causing the tires to rub. I was told by my salesman that "I don't mean to be smart but I sold you a used car as is." That is not the correct answer. He actually pretended to give a crap and asked me to text him a picture of the truck and he would get back to me. The check cleared and I never heard anything. Terrible customer service... Would expect that from a buy here, pay here, but a dealership? Ridiculous More

Great place to buy a vehicle. I inquired about a used Chevy truck. After a couple of emails I was provided an out the door price. I traveled 2+ hours the next day to look at the t I inquired about a used Chevy truck. After a couple of emails I was provided an out the door price. I traveled 2+ hours the next day to look at the truck and when I arrived I meet up with Casey and the truck was parked up front waiting for me. He allowed me to take it on a test drive and to take as much time as I needed. When I returned, the appraisal for my car was ready. After some negotiation we had a deal. They were able to beat the APR I was already approved for by a .25 percent. All dealer add ons were explained to me but were not “Pushed” on me. The truck was sent to get cleaned up and then Casey was waiting on a “Tablet” to finish up the paperwork. I was wondering what that meant but when we went to finish the paperwork, to my surprise the “Tablet” was the size of the top of the desk. It was extremely helpful as all the paperwork was electronically signed and all the paperwork was given to me on a credit card thumb-drive. Everyone I interacted with was very nice and the dealership was clean. Overall took about 3 hours from me arriving to me leaving. If you are in the need for a new or used vehicle, I would definitely recommend Rivard Buick GMC and especially Casey. Thank you Casey! More
