And he still found a crossover that was within our budget and with low miles, so we knew that what we were putting our monthly payments towards was worth it. And Joe, the finance manager, worked very hard to help us get approved and also offered advice for the future regarding refinancing. Worst customer service; will never return I sent 3 online requests from their own website to schedule service on a new 2014 Ram (5,000 miles) and all went unanswered. I then decided to call I sent 3 online requests from their own website to schedule service on a new 2014 Ram (5,000 miles) and all went unanswered. I then decided to call two week after the first online request and had the displeasure of speaking to a Frank. He proceeded to cut off my request before I even got the words out and said the first available appointment was two week out. He dismissed the online requests saying no one has time to review them and he only has 4 techs unlike other places that have 15 so sorry but 2 weeks is the best I can do. My recommendation to the dealership, Hire employees that will bring you business not chase them away. More
