I was blown away by the courtesy of my customer service technician. I was told my vehicular would be ready in an hour and a half. When that time was up I asked about my truck (I love my Colorado btw) he technician. I was told my vehicular would be ready in an hour and a half. When that time was up I asked about my truck (I love my Colorado btw) he apologized and said the the service would take another 30 minutes due to a busy day. 30 minutes later he handed me my paper work and a complementary car wash. He then told me he would cover my oil change. I felt very valued, and that my time was truly respected. Thank you! First I was very happy that I had quick service to my car. When I saw my car park in the area where I was waiting I thought Ok its done. Then I went inside the cashier area. I stood 6ft away thinking t car. When I saw my car park in the area where I was waiting I thought Ok its done. Then I went inside the cashier area. I stood 6ft away thinking that the person in front of me was a customer. No she was an employee. She and the cashier were having a conversation. I know the person in front of me knew I was there. So then a guy came up from Fed Ex. Then I hear the girl say to the cashier Oh we will talk later. Once I got to the counter, I was told that I need to wait for the paperwork to be completed. Then I waited another 15 minutes or so to get my car. I could see that the person who had help me with the service I needed, was busy helping others. No reason for me to complaint on his behalf. I give him 4 stars More
