The sales person was great and I got a very good price on my truck. My issues are with the little things. The second key took 4 days to find, registering the truck with Ram Connect took a week (I fixed that) my truck. My issues are with the little things. University Dodge met most of my needs in that it had a variety of used cars from which to choose. The service for the car was very good. I especially liked my salesman. My son and I are very happy with a the professional demeanor of Tomas and Jose. The process took longer than normal, but neither of the staff that we worked with were responsible for the time delay. The purchase was easy thanks to James the salesman. He was up front concerning the vehicle. I found a problem after delivery of the vehicle, that problem was resolved.
