Addressed one of the three check engine light codes I asked them to take care then called me to pick it up with the check engine light still on. Can't get them on the phone either. I arrived 47 minutes before my appt. I was second person but I was first in the line that I was in. When the garage doors were opened at 7 the guy that was first and I drove our vehicles I was second person but I was first in the line that I was in. I guy needing parts came to the service area was accepted. I was told to wait on Alex who just help the first guy. Alex came in told me it would be a minute and went out. I waited at his seat Desk. When he came back, he. Told me to step aside and waited on a lady who had arrive after me. Two other clerks arrived and in walks another customer and they took him with me standing right there waiting. I got in my car back it out and left. For 16 years, we have purchased a new car at Robbins every 2 years driving from Splendora. Robbins, you lost thus family! More
