I stopped in, upset, to discuss a warranty issue for which they'd recently seen my car and found nothing wrong with it. Upon talking to Marcus, in the service dept, found out that the information that w which they'd recently seen my car and found nothing wrong with it. Upon talking to Marcus, in the service dept, found out that the information that was relayed to them from the dealership I bought the vehicle from was completely wrong. This caused the mechanic to waste time trying to find a nonexistent problem! Marcus then spoke with the mechanic, whom he convinced to ride with me to listen to the noise because although he looked at it 3 times, I was saying it was something different. We didn't even make it out of the parking lot and he heard and knew what was likely wrong! Apparently, there had been previous work on the vehicle, (which wasn't disclosed to me before buying) and they didn't get a bolt tightened down causing the klunking noise. The issue was resolved the following day. Great customer service from Marcus! He is the reason I will go back there to have all of my vehicles serviced. Thank you for believing me and not dismissing me as a "dumb woman". (sadly, it is still a thing in this day and age) More

Tried to over charge me by around $1100, for a simple fix. Took it to another mechanic and they charged me $200. Also wanted to charge me another $450 for a diagnostic when I told them exactly where the fix. Took it to another mechanic and they charged me $200. She never returned my calls and every time I would get transferred again and again. More

Fernado was able to find me a rear window and some how getting it here in only 2 days. Incredible job. Then Chad at chevy got the paint fixed after the glass scratched the paint. The car was spotless when i got it back. That is the reason we have bought two new subarus this year from Clements. And we plan to buy another in the near future. And a shout out to Cameron as an awesome salesman. I love how we are treated by the whole dealership. That's why we will keep buying from Clements. A+ More

Despite spending hours with the Owner's Manual and YouTube demos, I had to find people--Real People!-- to walk me through how to use my car! WELL--They just don't come more real, kind or willing to help than Robert Anthis at Clements Subaru. Did I mention I think this gentleman KNOWS his product?! I learned so much thanks to Mr. Anthis' patience, logical explanations and expertise. At the end of our instructional session---I felt GREAT about owning a Subaru Forester again!!!! I can't help but wonder, how would Clements Subaru have treated me if I had bought my vehicle from them?? :) PS: Also, had a complimentary review/safety/fluids check of my Subaru (you caught that COMPLIMENTARY?) while at Clements. Fernando Rosas took care of this....got us through in no time when my scheduled changed and I kinda ran out of time! Also, had help from B.J. in Parts--very kind and efficient. After going to Rochester for about maybe 7 yrs now they have been wonderful to deal with. I always deal with Nick Vreeman, who is always there when I need something, whether to answer a text, email or setup an appointment. I know that he's there for me and makes sure my truck is running it's best. I never have to worry about anything knowing that he's my service guy. More
