Body Shop staff -best cutomer service ever recieved. My car was recently rear ended. I called the body shop at Rock County Honda and spoke with Jessica. She was so pleasant and helpful. She told me to My car was recently rear ended. I called the body shop at Rock County Honda and spoke with Jessica. She was so pleasant and helpful. She told me to come in no appointment needed and they could do an estimate. When I arrived for the estimate she told me the procedure that they would do. I finally got the insurance straightened out and could drop the car off for the repairs. I had made arrangements for a rental and Jessica took it upon herself to follow up with them since they had not arrived at the scheduled time. I also asked Jessica if it would be possible to get an oil change while it was here. She was so happy to accommodate me. Dave Griffin was also present and talked to me about the recall on my car for the airbag. I know they didn't have to talk to me wile I was waiting for the rental car, but they did. I think that shows their excellent customer service. The only good thing out of the accident was going to Rock County Body Shop. So thank you Dave and Jessica for your outstanding service. More
