The service department has excellent people working for it, including Blair and Leif, who communicate clearly and essentially play the role of customer ombudsman, looking out for the customer's interests. I've also had minor collision body work done by Rock County and it was completed to perfection. No matter how hard I look, I cannot spot any flaws whatsoever in the body of the vehicle. Overall, my experience with Rock County Honda is a solid "A." More

Dropped 30 min off early said they were ahead ended up waiting an hour and a half for my oil change or an hour from when I was scheduled to have the oil change.
