My Review of Rockingham Honda:
Rockingham Honda far exceeded our expectations of the car buying process. We visited several area dealerships so we are able to make a clear comparison. Across the board Rockingham is the best!

We began our new car search by contacting the internet manager Mike Lee. He is a polite, professional and very patient person.

We met with sales and leasing consultant Jim McMurchy. He was very helpful and knowledgeable with a great sense of humor.

The sales manager, Jerry Malone was was also professional and polite. No wonder the internet department and sales department run so well with leadership like his. We got a really great deal on a Honda too!

I won't ever bother to shop any where else for a car.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE DID GROUNDWORK OVER THE PHONE AND THE COMPUTER WITH SALES MANAGER ( JERRY MALONE ) HE IS REFRESHINGLY HONEST TO DEAL WITH DECIDED ON A HONDA BECAUSE OF AN AD IN A NEWSPAPER DID NOT CARE FOR THE DEALER WHO RAN THE AD MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE A COMBINED TOTAL OF OVER 45 YEARS IN THE AUTO SALES INDUSTRY BOUGHT AT ROCKINGHAM EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NOT THE CLOSEST DEALERSHIP AND THEIR PRICE WAS NOT THE CHEAPEST I DID MY HOMEWORK WE HAD NEVER EVEN SAT IN A HONDA WE WERE SET TO BUY A MAZDA BECAUSE OF OUR GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH OUR MIATA LOVE THE CIVIC EVERY DEALER SHOULD HAVE A JERRY MALONE THEY WOULD SELL MORE CARS

This is the best service team that I have ever dealt with!. They are all polite,professional and will always keep me updated with the staus of my cars srvice progress. I have never had a bad experience with this service department. I now have my mother in law taking her car up for repairs from Peabody, MA. With customer service like this the trip is worth the drive!

My Review of Rockingham Honda:
I bought my Honda CRV EX-L brand new in 2007 when the new model came out and they could not keep them on the lot. I first went to Commonwealth, they told me they could not take anything off the sticker price. So I went home and called Rockingham Honda on the phone. They also had none in stock as Commonwealth, but they had a shipment coming in and in the color I wanted. They gave me a GREAT price right over the phone. I came in the next day with a deposit and the deal was made. No Hassles!

My Review of Rockingham Honda:
I checked out several Honda dealers in my region and solicted bids from them to purchase a 2009 Honda AWD CRV-EX. Of all of the dealers who responded, Rockingham Honda, was the only one that gave their lowest best offer on their first quote. The other prices that I received from several others was higher and didnt include everything in their bottom line pricing. I told all of the dealer that I had researched the vehicle and pricing and only give me the best quote that I didnt want a hassle.

I ended up purchasing my new vehicle from Rockingham Honda. I appreciate their direct approach to car buying and they didnt waste my valuable time or try to get me for every cent. It is a smaller dealership than compared to others in my area, but they provide much better personal attention, seem very fair and honest which is hard to find these days. Overall they made me feel comfortable, where friendly, courteous, and fair minded auto professionals.

My experience was great, I felt no hassle, no stress, and I wasnt treated like a number like you do at the bigger Honda outlets. I would recommend them to everyone.

Bought my last car (Honda Accord EX-L V6) from this dealer after bad experiences with commonwealth honda. WHAT A GREAT DEALERSHIP!!!
ROCKINGHAM HONDA was a great experience to deal with and such an amazing alternative to the large dealer in Lawrence.

Chris C. was very informative, patient, very willing to work with me and spend time answering questions. If I hadn't moved from the Haverhill/Methuen area I would certainly be a repeat customer. This dealership is a totally trustworthy and reliable place to car shop.

Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership!!! Hondas-4-life!!!

Rockingham Honda in Salem N.H. was one of 12 local Honda dealerships that I solicited bids from to purchase a 2008 AWD CR-V. They gave me their best price (and the best price overall) with their very first quote. We purchased a beautiful 2008 AWD CR-V in the color we wanted and for the price they had originally quoted.

Genuinely friendly, courteous, and straight-talking auto professionals.

By far, this was the most stress-free, no-hassle, and enjoyable (YES...I said enjoyable!) car-buying experience my wife and I have ever had.

We would definitely buy from Rockingham Honda again.

My Review of Rockingham Honda:
With every confidence I sent my daughter to Rockingham Honda for a service problem. What makes this so unusual is the fact that I sent a female to an Automobile Dealership for anything. We all know the reputation of how they treat females. Having already had the Rockingham experience for myself I sent her without hesitation. She had two problems, the brakes were squeeking and a slight vibration under the car was evident. She was advised that her brakes were only 50% worn, however they were seized up and dry. They performed a 4 wheel disc brake service to correct this problem. To her amazement this problem was solved. As I explained to her, any other service center would have had her into a complete brake job, rotors, calipers, pads etc. to the tune of $700-800. Her cost for this service was $89.95.
The second problem was in the exhaust area. It seems that an after market pipe was installed. She was told that it was not a health issue. I was explained that after market parts do not fit true to a vehicle and this slight vibration was no uncommon. To replace the aftermarket parts would be an unnecessary expense. She was charged NOTHING for this service. I rest my case for the unequivocal recommendation of this Dealership.
