My Review of Rockingham Honda:
This is the third Toyota that I have purchased from Rockingham. Back in 1993, my brother introduced me to Emmett and since that time I have had full confidence in Rockingham Toyota. I specified price as a 3, because I might have been better at negotiating than I was in this deal.

Everyone was very friendly and went to extremes to find what I wanted. I wanted a color that they did not have on the lot. I really felt like they put a lot of time into finding the right vehicle color for me. John was very professional, calling me to keep me updated on their progress. Joe was very friendly and worked to get a really good finance rate for me. I'm extremely satisfied and will purchase from them again.

My Review of Rockingham Honda:
When Atamian Honda refused to honor the internet price I got from them (despite copies of emails confirming the quote and conditions), I headed up to Rockingham Honda after getting an online quote from Amanda that was $250 better than Atamian's. When I arrived, they confirmed the price and in just over an hour I had picked out a CR-V, completed the paperwork, and was on my way.

Delivery was delayed because I was trading a clunker and the feds were moving slowly with the paperwork. Up until the time I took delivery, I was expecting some unrevealed added charge or other condition that would sour the deal. But all was as promised. Jerry Malone was always polite and helpful when I called to check the progress of the clunker paperwork, and Jason (the salesperson who delivered the car) was also helpful and professional. In all, it was a straightforward, honest, pleasant transaction -- all you might hope for in a new-car buying experience.

I must admit I was a bit cynical about the perfect rating of this dealer. After writing a negative review about another dealer, I received five emails pressuring me to alter my rating before it was posted, so I suspect than many negative reviews are revised or eliminated along the way. But Rockingham lives up to its reviews -- I have no reservations about giving them a "5" on all counts.

My Review of Rockingham Honda:
We bought a used Jeep from this dealer and we were treated with friendly, knowledgeable, people who had 'sealed the deal' with their helpfulness. We had been to used car dealers before and walked away from them saying "why did we bother." The people at this dealership were sincere, before and after we bought the Jeep. We have enjoyed their follow up letters and phone calls. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to buy a vehicle and wants to be treated with respect.

I have a great experience at rockingham honda. The staff there were very nice, not pushy. They took the time to answer all the questions I had. They also went through everything with me.I was able to buy the car that day and leave with it. most places make you wait until the next day. I will shop there for my next car.

My son bought a used vehicle from this dealer, and we were treated very courteously and with respect. The staff was willing to work with us and was sensitive to our needs. We would recommend this dealership and its great staff to anyone. We have worked with car dealers before and we walked away feeling like we did something wrong. At Rockingham Honda, we were treated like we were important people. Needless to say, we felt very satisfied after we bought the vehicle.

I cannot say enough about this dealership. It was by far the best car buying experience ever in my 35+ years buying cars. My wife, son, and I had been to three Honda dealerships prior to visiting Rockingham Honda and the friendliness and professionalism from the salesperson and business manager were outstanding. They gave my son a great deal on a Honda Civic and also found him a great finance rate. We did not have to deal with any BS which was rampant at some of the other dealers we visited. They were honest and straightforward. We will highly recommend Rockingham Honda to anyone looking for a car. THANK YOU ROCKINGHAM HONDA!!

My Review of Rockingham Honda:
On Monday July 20, 2009, my wife Brenna and I were looking to trade our 2002 Honda cr-v. We went to Rockingham Honda where we were greeted by Miguel with a friendly smile. He approached us, and ask how we were doing, and if he could assist us. We explained that we wanted to trade our 2002 Honda cr-v, towards a newer one.

We looked at a 2006, and test drove it. Then we went into the office to fill out an application, to only find our payments would go up. Jerry Malone came over and said let me see what I can do for you. He returned and said would you be interested in leasing? Brenna and I discussed it for a few minutes, and I said I will call you on Friday 07/24/09 at 9:00am. We all agreed to this, shook hands and left.

My wife and I discussed it some more, and I called Jerry on 07/24, to give him our answer. He said let me get you "approved" and I'll call you back in 5 minutes. Well the phone rang and Jerry said your "approved" and we picked out our new 2009 Honda CR-V over the internet, and picked it up on Saturday 07/25/09.

As we entered the showroom, Jerry came over to us shook our hands, and smiled, and said Joe is just finishing up the paperwork, and will be with us shortly. We waited roughly 5 minutes, and were taken to Joe's office, where we were greeted with a friendly smile again. The lot, showroom, and restrooms were clean, and all the employers treated us with respect, kindness, friendliness, positive attitude, and a smile.

YES, we will recommend Rockingham Honda as the "BEST" Honda dealer to purchase vehicles. Also note we were referred by Mr. & Mrs. Bailey of Hudson, NH.

My Review of Rockingham Honda:
I went to this dealer after my negative experiences with Atamian Honda in Tewksbury, MA. These guys were lightyears ahead of them in service quality and an understanding of the issue. They performed their service and got it right the first time. They also educated me on what to watch out for when purchasing a certified vehicle and what some dealers to to avoid doing a true certification inspection. I wish there were more dealers like these guys. Thanks Kurt and Rockingham Honda!
