I gave the rating of 5 stars because I really felt from start to finish, our service from Rockingham Toyota and Ryan Spada was exceptional. We went to previous dealerships before finding Rockingham Toyota and either the sales people were very pushy, caught in a lie, or completely unprofessional. One dealer at a competitive Honda dealership up the road looked disheveled and dressed inappropriately to be a salesman. He told us that the vehicle that he was showing us on the lot was the "only one" in fact when I mentioned I wanted leather interior, he made a few calls and magically, there was another one in their adjacent lot. Ryan was very professional from start to finish. He had a warm and welcoming personality. He was dressed professionally and carried himself in a professional and easy going manner. He took his time and understood our needs and placed us with the vehicle that fit our family description and budget. He was not pushy when it came to pricing either and made sure we were comfortable with every step of the process. I did not feel pressured nor forced to buy a car. I actually test drove the car I bought a few times on different occasions before I even sat down with Ryan and began the buying process. He was very knowledgeable about his cars, the process of buying from the dealer and consumer end, and was well prepared to answer any questions. He even came in on his day off after the purchase of the vehicle to meet with us during our pick up to go over any questions we had. He is very passionate not only about the cars he sells, but also his customer service. If I were to buy another car, I would definitely go with Ryan and Rockingham Honda. I am happy with my service and I think the people who own this business should be please that they have such a great employee who represents their company well.

Rockingham Honda staff provides courteous and professional service without high pressure sales tactics. Andres far exceeded any expectation I had for a car salesman. From the service department to the financial manager everyone was polite and friendly. This was my fifth Honda (seven for the family) and I am certain to return to Rockingham Honda!

I recently purchased a new CR-V from Rockingham Honda. The sales experience was excellent. I worked with Ryan Spada. He was friendly and straightforward. He was also responsive to questions, by phone and email, after I had left the dealership. I was able to negotiate a good price. The whole process went smoothly from stepping into the showroom to doing the financing. I would definitely recommend them.

I worked with Ryan Spada and Eric Guilfoyle to purchase a new Honda Accord EXL. I had priced other dealerships and Rockingham gave me the best price. My family has purchased many Honda's from Rockingham in the past and this is actually my third Honda from them. They are competitive and extremely efficient. The follow up after I picked up my car has also been great. I know that I and my family will go back to the dealership and Ryan and Erik again in the future.

Going through Rockingham Honda was the best experience I have had at a dealership. Ryan Greeted me out front and we took things from there. The whole process was great. Ryan was very professional, friendly, courteous, and truly cared about my buying experience. He was recommended to me by 2 different family members and I would have to say I would honestly recommend him to anybody who is looking to purchase a car. Unlike my first new [Honda] car search and purchase 30 years ago in Eugene, Oregon (I ultimately purchased at Honda of Roseburg (OR), this time was a breeze. You could tell Jeremiah was new to the business, but his demeanor was very much appreciated: professional; polite; courteous; knowledgeable, very responsive; and not lacking a sense of humor, which is a very good attribute in a sales person. The Service Department at Rockingham Honda has always provided outstanding service and guidance during the 6 years we have lived in New Hampshire, the length of time we have been customers there, and we are now a 3-Honda family. My car buying experience at Rockingham Honda was exceptional. Both the dealership and my Sales Consultant, Dave Carter exceeded my expectations. I experienced a very hassle free car buying experience. I can't say enough about my Sales Consultant, he was courteous, very knowledgeable and a very good listner. He was more interested in what was important to us vs. just trying to sell us a car. I would not hesitate to recommend Dave Carter and Rockingham Honda.

Mike was friendly and knowledgeable. I had driven the car at another dealership, so he
collected my information and went after getting me an appraisal on my trade-in and
a price on the new car. 30 minutes total and I was signing the paper work.

This is the 5th Honda that I have purchased at Rockingham over a 25-year
period. The experience has always been low hassle with great value.
