BUYER BEWARE: Where do i even begin with this business, aside from them trying to steal my money? From the moment i saw the business owners unprofessional arguments with every single negative comment th aside from them trying to steal my money? From the moment i saw the business owners unprofessional arguments with every single negative comment that comes across his google reviews, i should have run for the hills. Sadly, i was lured to their dealership out of pure interest of a specific vehicle they had. A 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L Plus in red. After inspecting the vehicle with my father, whom luckily knows more about cars than myself, we were assured that the smell of coolant must have been from topping the car off that morning. I was excited and put a down payment of $3,000 so i could come back the next day to pick up the car. At this point, i had driven to and from the dealership in a different state 3 times. The next day, i got a call that they had their mechanics check on the status of the coolant, to which the salesman John said that they had to order a part and again the car would be ready the next day for me. The day after comes, and i hear nothing. On multiple occasions i had to contact this dealership MYSELF to find out about a car that they were holding MY money for. ridiculous. The icing on top of the cake this day was finding out that the car apparently had a blown head gasket, A bad engine, and multiple other problems. I was reassured it had been serviced and checked on by multiple mechanics, but just now suddenly the entire car is trash, right? The salesman said, and i QUOTE… “I cannot sell you this car, it would be a Bullsh*t deal.” -John, Rockland Motorsport. So, you’d think this would end here right? Wrong. I was asked to visit the dealership a fourth time, this time for a refund process. I got 100$ back in cash (as i paid 100 in cash), and reinserted my card to get the $2900 back into my account. This was on May 30th about. On June first i got a call from the dealership that there was an “Issue refunding my card” and that “the funds were never removed” and if i came to the dealership they would write me a check…First of all…if the funds never came out, why would you write me a check? After a week of arguing with this dealer myself, i went to my FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, where the district manager spoke with Ron over the phone. We were ran around multiple times with excuses and funny enough they told me they could not reveal the business owners name. It’s Shahid Khan, which is ironic as he is a Con man, so Khan is a fitting last name. Another whole week went by where they dodged my calls, refused to acknowledge the money, and tried to argue that i needed to come BACK to new york a fifth time, where most likely they would try and force me to buy a different car on their lot. Too bad for them, as by the time i reached a breaking point and threatened legal action, i had already purchased a Dodge Durango from another dealership. For more than what i would have paid for the chrysler too, if they had just been honest and did the work from the beginning i may have been willing to pay a bit more knowing the car was safe. Finally, as of yesterday (after screaming over the phone, which is as trying not to do all along, and threatening the police) i received an overnight package with my check for $2900. Only NOW do i feel safe sharing my experience with this dealership because they WILL extort you in any way they can. the amount of discrepancies in these reviews is astounding. all kinds of fees and extra bullsh*t where as i was told there were No fees and no penalties for however you choose to pay. The fact that they take advantage of other customers who may not make sure they’re in good hands is deplorable. Do NOT shop with Rockland Motorsport, and i highly recommend you check their reviews on every platform but google. These reviews are manufactured. I won’t be surprised if the dealer removes this review, despite it being 100% factual as i have all receipts. Every phone call, every date, every transaction. I have all of it. DO NOT SPEND YOUR $ More
I bought a 2016 Jeep from Rockland Motor Sport on February 22, 2025. I was told over the phone that the price would be the same or less than the listing when I came, listed at $15,800, but when I cam February 22, 2025. I was told over the phone that the price would be the same or less than the listing when I came, listed at $15,800, but when I came in they told me that was the price but then obscured the change from me when doing the paper work so the price went up to $17,388. When I asked why I was told it was a dealer fee that created the difference, which I now know is illegal, but they only told me that after the fact and lied to my face about it while doing the paper work. After we took possession of the vehicle, problems began to emerge immediately. We took it to an initial inspection at a garage where we live quoted over 4 thousand dollars in safety related repairs, including necessary repairs on corroded and metal on metal breaks, suspension, drive belt, spark plugs, ABS and break sensors, huge holes in the muffler, oil and transmission fluid leaks, completely worn out tires, etc. I was told the vehicle was not safe and would need these repairs to be so. I communicated this back to Rockland motor sport who said to bring it in, kept it for a week, said they fixed some leaks but would not discuss any of the other issues and proceeded to scream at me over the phone asking what I was going to do about it. They proceeded to ignore my emails as well and the final cost of repairs was more than double the original estimate. I have been told by both mechanics that the car was not safe and should have never been sold to us in that condition. In addition, both mentioned seeing parts painted over rust to disguise the damage from the buyer. Do not trust this business under any circumstances. More

Inconsistencies and Discrepancies at Rockland Motorsport ⭐️☆☆☆☆ I recently had the experience of purchasing a 2014 Honda Accord from Rockland Motorsport, and I find it necessary to share th Motorsport ⭐️☆☆☆☆ I recently had the experience of purchasing a 2014 Honda Accord from Rockland Motorsport, and I find it necessary to share the details of this transaction for the benefit of other potential consumers. Pricing Inconsistencies: The initial listed price of the vehicle was $15.8K. However, upon finalizing the deal, the cost was inflated to $17.5K. I later came to realize that this is a common practice, with a recurring additional charge of $3995, which many customers seem to have been subjected to. Documentational Oversights: Post-purchase, I found that essential paperwork was absent. The absence of critical documents, including the Buyer's Guide and vehicle title, poses significant concerns and challenges for any buyer. Unexplained Mileage Addition: To my surprise, the car had been driven for an additional 300+ miles between my agreement to purchase and the actual handover. This discrepancy remains unaddressed and unexplained. Unresponsive Approach to Resolution: On reaching out to seek clarification and resolve the above-mentioned issues, the dealership's response was less than satisfactory, marked by avoidance and a lack of commitment to addressing customer grievances. Based on my experience, I would advise potential buyers to be cautious, detail-oriented, and ensure full clarity when considering a purchase from Rockland Motorsport. More
Unorganized, clueless staff The salesman had no information on the car and very unorganized. I had to file my information twice and he forgot to give me my second pair of keys. I The salesman had no information on the car and very unorganized. I had to file my information twice and he forgot to give me my second pair of keys. I had to pick them up and drive over to him. He Would not try to make things convenient for me at all. He was very sarcastic and had no motivation in giving me details or information in getting the car. All he was worried about was taking his lunch break. The dealership itself was dirty and stuff thrown everywhere. It was the worst experience iv ever had in buying a car More
Found my Volvo S60 T5 at Heidt Motors I would highly recommend Heidt Motors because they are straight shooters. Work with Gary and Alfredo to find a quality car in Suffern. I have had some I would highly recommend Heidt Motors because they are straight shooters. Work with Gary and Alfredo to find a quality car in Suffern. I have had some trials with other dealers but not here. The financing had No excessive fees and everything was explained clearly. The car was pristine and Gary went out of his way to correct any issues prior to the final sale day. In this case a tiny crack in the windshield. I also have all the same tire brand on the car. You cant go wrong with Heidt! More
