Melissa helped my family and I view several differant options before we settled into the Denali as our best option. She was patient (my wife and I were there with our 3 kids lol) and reviewed all the options in detail. She also handled trading in our Honda Odyssey and saved us a bunch with rebates. I would definitely recommend her again. My wife and kids love the new car and I loved the service and making everything smooth and time effective for my schedule. Will never bring my car there again Service department is obnoxious and rude. This is the second time I found damage on my car after bringing it there and they completely deny and refuse Service department is obnoxious and rude. This is the second time I found damage on my car after bringing it there and they completely deny and refuse to fix it although they did a thorough walk around when I dropped it off which showed it wasn't there to begin with. I have had the same warrantied parts go bad in my car numerous times, so clearly they are replacing them with cheap aftermarket parts. Beware of this dealer and they're shady business practices. Will never use them again. More
