I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday for an oil change and software update. I didn't receive any communication until the next Monday that it was ready to pick up. I use them for every oil change etc. I specifically stated that there was an odd sound in the engine. They changed the oil and rotated the tires. But no one ever came out to say that I s I specifically stated that there was an odd sound in the engine. They changed the oil and rotated the tires. But no one ever came out to say that I should bring it back in for further inspection etc. There is still a weird sound. It’s either a belt or radiator fan? I was dismissed and I don’t feel that any type of check was done. Any time I have been there I rarely leave without having extra services done to my car that was found from inspection etc. it would have been nice for them to say we need you to bring it back when we have more time. That the heard what I was hearing. I’m not a mechanic and there’s definitely something making a weird noise. I will probably have to seek out another Chevy repair or just an independent mechanic. More
