They DO NOT stand behind their customers! They don’t try to help or answer questions when vehicle suddenly has several mechanical problems within a mile of having routine oil change! The new They don’t try to help or answer questions when vehicle suddenly has several mechanical problems within a mile of having routine oil change! The new service manager would NOT accept any responsibility or try to figure out what the problem was or why it happened so suddenly after leaving Rod Hatfield used car factory! I was without a vehicle for 3 weeks because of this and I wasn’t provided a rental or a loaner vehicle. This incident cost me over $800 out of pocket and not even an apology or concern! I will say that the former service manager was a great person to deal with and if a problem was found he was upfront and sent me to garage to get fixed. I will NOT ever purchase another vehicle from this car lot and I will not recommend to anyone! More
