Had a good purchasing experience but the service department was poor. Wanted 1200. to replace the awful rear camera with mold behind the lens a week after I bought the truck. I bought the OEM camera that is over 300 at ford for 59. Ford dealerships wanted 199. per hour. It took me about 45 minutes to complete the job. Screwing the customer never works well. More
Called for an appointment dropped off my F150 for service. Service was for 6R80 transmission they never called with updates or returned calls I may to check progress. Have used rodman for about 30 years. Satisfied with Sales. Service has deteriorated in the past couple of years. Recent service for F-150 took 5 weeks to schedule (replace passenger side Satisfied with Sales. Service has deteriorated in the past couple of years. Recent service for F-150 took 5 weeks to schedule (replace passenger side mirror-which we had). Recall for Escape also took 5 weeks to schedule after I was notified parts we available. Recently Escape intermittently would not start. Could not get it seen right away. Diagnostics did not identify issue, but battery cable loose at car side. Hopefully tightening solved issue. Personnel were pleasant. I will probably replace the Escape this year and am considering going elsewhere due to Service Dept. issues. More
I just have to say "WOW" What service. I have a 2016 explorer, and I am having issues with my Transmission. I was dealing with Sean, service manager and I have to say this guy is on the ball. For 1 week explorer, and I am having issues with my Transmission. I was dealing with Sean, service manager and I have to say this guy is on the ball. For 1 week my car has been there and everyday he would call me just to keep me updated on what's going on, and he set me up with a car that I could drive for the week. I have bought cars from other dealer's before, but they really don't care about you only your money. This guy has been there for years and years and it show's that he care's about the customer. Just a real gentleman. I just felt he had my back. Can't wait to buy another explorer from them!! Tom R More

We live 30 minutes away so we have had it changed at other locations. The have lost a customer for life. I will never buy another car from them. All over 50.00 shame on them. More

They are so nice, so fast, the most honest dealer repair I've ever seen, they do ALL the right things. For example, we had a nail in our tire, and they fixed it, and showed my wife and it was all very lovely. This is how service used to be, back when people had more time to try to do the best job. I love them. Thank you and thank you for the amazing service, and honest dealings. More
Issues with Ford The brand new 2008 Ford Focus that I owned was a great car. When it came time to buy a new car in 2014, I went straight for a 2014 Ford Focus. Howe The brand new 2008 Ford Focus that I owned was a great car. When it came time to buy a new car in 2014, I went straight for a 2014 Ford Focus. However, I quickly encountered issues with my vehicle. In late August 2017, I dropped off my 2014 Ford Focus because the transmission was shuddering. They replaced the clutch and the issue was resolved, but I had a lot of questions at the time. Why was I even worrying about the clutch in an automatic car, would this issue resurface? The service rep said unfortunately, I would, but not worry because the warranty was extended out. At that time, I should have asked for the warranty in hand, but I did not. Not even a year later, my clutch needs to be replaced again and Ford has only agreed to cover part of the expense, for an issue that will quickly resurface once again. Every step of the way, I've encountered nothing but dishonesty and delay and absolutely no accountability. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Ford. I've spoken to representative after representative with absolutely no ability to offer valuable assistance, but who is simply in place to deflect and delay a proper resolution to this issue. My husband and I have a toddler at home and a new baby on the way and are looking forward to purchasing a larger vehicle. Ford is now completely off the table for us. Myself, my husband, my parents, and two sisters were all proud Ford owners. Both of my sisters have recently purchased Honda's. Everyone we know is going to hear about our horrible experience. More
