I did some preliminary searching on line and asked questions over the phone. After some back and forth I was assigned to Franklin Spiller. Courtney Evans, my Service Advisor, took the time to listen to my concerns and even drove the vehicle himself to identify and replicate the sound. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were greatly appreciated. Great customer service, great vehicles, and a team that truly cares about its customers.
