The oil change an inspection were done in reasonable time. What wasn’t reasonable was a $10 “security charge “ that no one could explain but couldn’t remove. It extremely frustrating when appointments are made online only to be informed upon arrival that those services are not available and could take days to complete. I went a week without my vehicle due online only to be informed upon arrival that those services are not available and could take days to complete. I went a week without my vehicle due to this issue and the female tech acted like it was no bug deal when I voiced my concerns. she had the nerve to tell me that making an appointment is pointless because even though customers Mae them for specific reasons, the computer systems don’t show the technicians what people are showing up for until we arrive. Why allow online appointments to be made do specific jobs then? Or why don’t the techs call customers and ask so they don’t take a day off work to have their ca services to show up and find out it’s not a one day service?!?!? It’s inconvenient and inconsiderate to customers! More
