This vehicle is our 7th Toyota (3 Lexus, 4 Toyota) but the first from Rohrich. I've had experience with their service department in the past, all GOOD, However was never able to get a deal for a new vehi the first from Rohrich. The paper work process with their technology was nothing like I have ever seen before, just amazing and took 15 minutes if that. Alec Shields kept me apprised of my vehicle's delivery status as I bought one that was in the process of being built.
