Aaron was outstanding—he truly went above and beyond to make things easy for us. When we got hungry during the long day, he encouraged us to go have a nice lunch and even let us use a dealer car to drive there. Later, we hit a snag because the notary wasn’t available on a Saturday, but Aaron didn’t hesitate. He made 37 phone calls to track down the only available notary around (at 4:30 in the evening!) and personally drove us there to get it done. That level of dedication and problem-solving is rare and made a huge difference. Ciara in finance was also fantastic—super friendly, clear, and made the financial side of things feel straightforward and enjoyable. Everyone we interacted with was professional and genuinely helpful. The people here are very friendly and even helpful, just pray nobody comes in with cash an hour after you start doing paperwork. Apparently, you can just do that now. Nothing to do with my good credit and 6k down payment, just that I didnt have cash to buy it outright so therefore it goes to the man who does, even though I was there first. Maybe there was some deal I wasn't told about before hand, as in, there is some old head coming in after me to buy it with cash while im test driving it. Was very distraught to say the least. I would love to work with my sales rep again, just wouldnt like to give romeo toyota any money, so I probably wont be (or even try) to do business here again. More

Terrible experience. They took my deposit for a specific car, and after making arrangements to come for the car, they sold it to someone else .
