I called Thomas Toyota the other dayep my car would not start .The young lady that answered the phone gave the option to have my vehicles towed in she was very informative note the time was 30 min prior t start .The young lady that answered the phone gave the option to have my vehicles towed in she was very informative note the time was 30 min prior to closing .I called back 5 min later and asked for a manager just to make sure that someone would be there cause I needed a rental or loaner to drive ,I was told that the service manager was go for the day but the customer relation manager was available.He told me that he would have someone wait unfilled I make it ,when I made it I was meet by 3 ppl .Now that's customer service . This was while back but I think still worth mentioning. Bought the car in May, 2011 from Thomas Toyota. Price was great and everything went well. Next day I noticed that all the fluids (brake, coolant, and even windshield washer) have not been re-filed. I planned to do that myself but I also noticed that an air filter has "probably" never been replaced. I have never seen an air filter dirty as this one. It actually had bugs stuck to it. I called Thomas Toyota immediately and they told me to bring the car back and they will take care of the issues. I drove 30 miles one way just to find out that they are not responsible for the air filter condition. They offered to fill all the fluids which I agreed. Mistake I made was that I never checked the fluids after getting the car back from the dealership that day. I drove home just to find out that the only fluid they re-filed was windshield washer. More
Horrible customer service. The service team was not fully honest with the repairs. Projected a quick fix--later stated it would cost more to have it repaired to perfect condition. Thomas Toyota of Joliet has been nothing but. Especially, if the manager argues with the customer in the parking lot. John was rude and distasteful. I hope that I am contacted ASAP to resolve this issue and I expect a full refund for the service that did not fix the issue with my vehicle. More

took my vehicle in for service and came out of the service department with a vehicle that would not stay running!My vehicle is a 2007 toyota with only 27k miles on it still under warranty,I ended up t service department with a vehicle that would not stay running!My vehicle is a 2007 toyota with only 27k miles on it still under warranty,I ended up taking my vehicle to another place and had the state take pictures of the wires that where disconnected and cut by the dealership so I can take this matter all the way to the BBB and the state of Illinois! From further research this dealership is a bunch of crooks from the sales dept. to the service dept. to say the lease I have put my vehicle up for sale because this is my closest dealership and I will never step foot in the business again! I wish I would have done my research before the fact of going there More
Have used the dealer for service and maintenance, bought the car new at Thomas, Scion xB is 2 years old now with 41000 miles. At this last 5000 mile service interval basic fluid checks, oil change, brakes the car new at Thomas, Scion xB is 2 years old now with 41000 miles. At this last 5000 mile service interval basic fluid checks, oil change, brakes and tires checked and TIRES ROTATED. As you can see the TIRES ROTATED is upper caps, they did not rotate the tires. I was charged and extra $40 dollars above the oil change. How many times has this happened, this being visit number 7. They said I could come in and they will rotate, my time and gas is worth more then that, has offered coupons etc.. If I took something from a store, I would be arrested. They have the Forever warranty where you need to service through them. What are they doing? Trying to sabotage the business relationship, I am ready to go elsewhere for my service. More

My parents 80 years old brought there car in for service an oil change and to look over for winter, 1347.40 later did alot of unnessary work for nothing than to soak them out of there money this is a car wi an oil change and to look over for winter, 1347.40 later did alot of unnessary work for nothing than to soak them out of there money this is a car with only 58,000 miles and with no problems which I drove two weeks ago a 5 year old Camry they bought new water pump ,oil pan,cleaning the fuel rail,and the car ran fine before. Preying on Old People there should be a law against that. More
