They have always been helpful and explain things. We have always had Toyotas until the last time we strayed and got a Santa Fe Sport. We were never completely satisfied tho with this car. Romeoville is not a reputable dealership. They put after market brakes/rotors on my car a few years ago when they said they were OEM. My visit today was good until I noticed on top of my car the old cabin air filter was left there and inside I noticed a plastic cover on the floor. After searching around I discovered that it was the cabin the old cabin air filter was left there and inside I noticed a plastic cover on the floor. After searching around I discovered that it was the cabin air filter cover which was not reinstalled and I had to locate where it went in my glove box and install myself. Disappointing. More

Another time went for a service after making an appointment they made me wait for 2.5 for just an oil change and when I complained about it and I asked to talk to the supervisor he showed up to tell me don't talk to my employee. Had my vehicle in this facility for multiple times trying to get the same problem fixed they replace cam bearings under warranty from the day after I’ve had a squeak in my car went in the shop multiple time to get the same problem fixed they replace cam bearings under warranty from the day after I’ve had a squeak in my car went in the shop multiple times three technicians looked at it two from the dealership one from Toyota could not find the problem I took it to a shop we found it within five minutes when they did the initial work they pinned the emergency brake cable between the body of the truck and the e frame creating the problem More
My name is Kimberly Zamp. I bought my camry in March of 2020. Since then my navigation system would not work. Today I brought my car in for a oil change. The lady advised me it wasn't time for a oil change. I really appreciated that. Most places would have just done the oil change. It is very nice to know your dealership is honest. Glad I bought my car from you. Peter came to my car and he explained the whole Navagation system to me!!! I have never had the map displayed on the screen before. He waited till I fully understood how to use the system. (The salesman should have showed me that 15 months ago). Peter was very helpful. He is a great employee. Please let him know how much I appreciate what he did for me. Kimberly was so awesome also. She is the best! I will never take my car anywhere else!! More

I have purchased and leased many cars from Sal and the team at Romeoville Toyota. They’re all friendly, kind, patient, and outgoing. Every time I go into the dealership I feel welcomed, and I never dread waiting for service because of the great atmosphere. When I felt like I couldn’t afford a payment for a new Tundra, Sal worked with me to get me to a number I was more than comfortable with. I currently have a leased vehicle that will be up in October, and I look forward to going in and reviewing my options with Sal and his team. I also know that this dealership has helped out a local high school with some fundraisers, and, in turn, allowed two sports teams to purchase new equipment, and the owner, salesmen, and Sal even made personal contributions, as well as a contribution from the dealership itself. I won’t go to another dealership, and I will always turn to Sal for my car needs! If you want to feel comfortable and relaxed, this is the place to go for your vehicle needs! More
