Body work Ok so I had a door ding on my passenger rear door and had Thomas toyota pop it out I noticed when I got a car wash the clear coat was gone it was abou Ok so I had a door ding on my passenger rear door and had Thomas toyota pop it out I noticed when I got a car wash the clear coat was gone it was about the size of over a baseball so I went back they put a coat of wax on it and it looked good so today I go to get a car wash and I can't believe my eyes nearly half my door has no shine to it i can see the buff swirl marks from them trying to fix it i just don't know anymore my family bought 6 new cars and 1 used from here through out the time we lived here and these past two years we had nothing but issues I'm not sure what's going on but they need better body workers and im tired of going back and fourth dealing with it I'll get my two oil changes I'm supposed to get for two years since I bought the new 2016 camry xse which is a nice car it's black and I take care of it but who ever buffed my car is not skilled please Thomas toyota fix these issues I'm not sure if I want to stay or not I'm just fed up and hope they'll do something about it I'll do an update if something happens we will see toyota family. Jermaine has always helped us & been very personable & helpful. This last time I came in I had both my daughters, a 16 month old & 1 month old. Everyone was great! From Adam helping me out of the car to everyone saying hi to my very curious, always on the go daughter. Adam H. even put cartoons on the tv for my daughter! I will always recommend Thomas Toyota for anyone looking for a new car! More

Poor service and don't keep there word! Typical sales pitch! Went in for tire rotation they never rotated tires and I know they didn't do the because I have something on a particular rim and it's in the same spo Went in for tire rotation they never rotated tires and I know they didn't do the because I have something on a particular rim and it's in the same spot I'm giving up with Thomas toyota on Jefferson and they did not give me my complimentary wash and I thought oil changes were performed every 5000 miles apparently it's 10000 miles says the service guy who really seems to hate his job I buy a brand new 2016 camry xse a few months back if I knew I would of dealt with this type of service I would have never bought my car there.so today was a pointless day and a waste of time and don't buy a black car because they hate hand washing them. Brought it in at 2 years for the oil change and rotation. Was told that I would have to pay because my 2 years expired 2 days ago. The service advisor did not care. So I did not have them perform the service because they did not deserve my business. I also bought a new Toyota recently, but intentionally at a different dealer. Their trying to save less than $50 cost them a $40,000 sale. More

professionalism is sometimes lost I have been a two patron of Thomas Toyota. Me, my Girlfriend, and both Parents have purchased vehicles there. I was sad to hear of a service associate I have been a two patron of Thomas Toyota. Me, my Girlfriend, and both Parents have purchased vehicles there. I was sad to hear of a service associate, Henry, was no longer there. I had an issue with a service visit about three months ago and Henry was the only one that tried to deal with the problem. He offered all he could to make me a satisfied customer, but obviously he was not in a position to offer what I thought was an adequate solution. I voiced concern and like I said, he listened and tried the best he could do. I followed up with management. First, the service manager. Then, I called and left messages, but no return. I then called the main number and left voice mail. Once again, no one returned call. I then called two weeks later and finally had the opportunity to speak to someone, Diamante, who listened to my call and promised to call me back after speaking to management team. He didn't return call. So, one day I came in with my Girlfriend's car and seen Mark Robles, who I have dealt with several times before, and he listened to my complaint and immediately walked me over to Jermaine Halloway. They both listened and immediately, Jermaine offered a solution. I knew Jermaine from my purchasing experience two years ago. I recently visited Thomas and Jermaine did what he said he was going to do and stuck to his word. Mark and Jermaine were the only two that listened and sought a resolution right away. No broken promises of services and superb customer service. If these two were not there, I probably would not visit Thomas or speak highly to friends or family. Please keep these two men. You have already lost one and can't afford to lose anymore men who are professional and stick to their word. More
