Spur of moment service I was off work today and knew I needed my headlight fixed (I tried changing myself but it didn't work) so I figured more was wrong. I just showed up I was off work today and knew I needed my headlight fixed (I tried changing myself but it didn't work) so I figured more was wrong. I just showed up and to my surprise they got me right in and fixed the problem. Jermanine Holloway was my service advisor and he kept me in the loop and made sure I wanted the changes done instead of just doing it and then charging me. I asked to make an appointment to come back for my brakes because I also knew there was something wrong with them but figured that would take much longer to fix but Jesse s (automotive tech) said he had no problem checking and fixing it if I had the time. I was there for about 3 1/2 hours but honestly, it was worth it, they were amazing and I was so thankful they got me right in. They are also reasonably priced. If your someone who is last minute and bad at making appointments go here! More

Passed 2 Toyota Dealerships to get to this one! That's right. I could have went to Toyota of Naperville or Toyota of Oakbrook/Westmont. Long story short - I needed something done on my vehicle just That's right. I could have went to Toyota of Naperville or Toyota of Oakbrook/Westmont. Long story short - I needed something done on my vehicle just purchased used. I called for quotes for the exact same service from Toyota of Naperville and Toyota of Westmont. Naperville's quote was $75 more than Thomas Toyota and Westmont quoted $135 more than Thomas Toyota. Owning Toyotas for the past 20 years, I didn't think different dealerships had that wild of swing in prices on the same work. This is ridiculous. So I may have spent about gallon xtra in gas, but it was well worth it. When I arrived I was quickly greeted by a young lady who brought my car in and introduced me to the Service Advisor. Everything was done as requested and with professionalism. I wish they had a bigger waiting room though, but there were plenty of stores to visit while we waited. They did a wonderful job and returned the vehicle in the time allotted. They just gained a new customer from Naperville. More
First Oil Change I bought a Honda Civic from Thomas Toyota in December 2014. I went in today to get my first (free) oil change. As soon as I walked into the service do I bought a Honda Civic from Thomas Toyota in December 2014. I went in today to get my first (free) oil change. As soon as I walked into the service door Jason Caruthers (the sales representative that sold me the car) came from the sales floor and greeted me. I'm not sure if you remembered me, or the car, but either way it was still nice to be greeted by someone I knew. When I told Jason I was in for my oil change he immediately got me connected with his brother, Al Caruthers ("Big Al" - a services representative). Al graciously listened to me babble about some other issues I had noticed about the car since I bought it (i.e. some of the lights on the dash were shorting out and I had a loose mirror on the drivers side). While waiting for the oil change, Al looked into these issues and assured me they would be covered by my Honda warranty, if I took the car to Honda. In total, it sounds like a $600 savings. (Thank you!) In additional, Al looked up the recommended maintenance for my car, based on Honda's recommendations, and they were able to service my car for that, as well. Overall, I had my oil changed, my tires rotated, the Honda suggested service done and a car wash all within about an hour and a half. Thank you Jason and Al for helping me out with my car, and for looking out for me as if I were part of the family! More

Quick Oil Change, NOT I decided to go back to the dealership I purchased my car from for a quick oil change. I take care of my car. 312,000 miles and still going strong on my 2004 Corolla. I came in and they told me that they would get me in for an oil change in 15 min. So I figured I be there about 30 to 40 minutes... Just an oil change, right. It took 1-1/2 hours and they put the wrong oil in my car! On top of that I had to seek k the service advisor out to find out my status after 1 hr! They came at me with a list of many things totaling about 1000 dollars worth of needed service. I knew my filters were bad but really!!! I know some of the stuff was just bogus... Don't think I'll be coming back, even if they were offering something for free! It's been 11 years since I purchased this vehicle here, lots of things have changed. More

I went to pick up him and his friend up from the dealership. He saw a beautiful red prius in the show room.I was in my car and he pointed at it for me to look at. I parked my car and walked inside and asked for Jermaine. He is the gentleman that I have established a sales relationship with in the past and every time my dad and I go to get his oil changed we always chat with him. Jermaine has made our commitment with Thomas Toyota. Walter Sibley was immediately ready to help when I found out Jermaine was not working and I asked for a manager or a seasoned salesman. My dad already talked to David Hauge and I didn't know that but found out really quick. Well dad talked to me about the car and David was very kind to my father but was not able to answer some of our questions and Walter was extremely knowledgeable and willing to help David and us with our questions. We were able to arrange an agreeable price. Colin was the Finance manger that completed th paperwork for us and also was pleasant and Made the paperwork effortless. We worked with him on dad's last prius we bought there. Walter was awesome. He guided David and worked on his own sales throughout our visit. We are very impressed with the gentlemen that made our oil change into car purchase a successful experience. Thank you More
