Never responds to phone calls or text. When you go up there to talk to service department they tell you a bunch of lies to get you to go away. Warranty paid to put a new windshield in my 2025 Grand Cherokee. After months of waiting Ron Carter put in a windshield that was full of scratches. I then had to wait almost 2 months for a second windshield to be installed and it was scratched worse than the other. I have now been waiting for a third windshield again for almost 2 months and the service department told me they still didn't have it but when I went to parts department they said it had been there for two weeks. I'm still waiting on service department to tell me when the windshield can be installed. I don't have high hopes as im still waiting on a loud noise it makes through the noise cancelation speakers and to find out why my on and off stop soesnt work and why my touch sensitive door locks and key fob only work sometimes. I'm pretty sure they have no plans of fixing my car ever. Horiable service. More

Mind you, I’ve only used this car for less than 24hrs with all these issues, and Check engine light. Only for them to tell me to trade it in for another car and be on a negative of almost $19,000. I said no, they should fix the car. It’s over a month now, yet no body has called me back to let me know when they will be able to have a loaner car to give me, or an appointment to fix my car. Mind you, I paid over $4000 in extended warranty. This is the last time I will ever buy car at a ford dealership. They never have time to fix your car. Sometimes you have to wait for over 2 months to get a part. Like seriously all the lights in my car came on as soon as I drove out the lot. And they telling me they can’t do anything to help me. Even their new Manager that started last month. Can’t find a solution for me. Is exactly 1 month I bought a $32,000 car and it’s still parked in my Garage.
